Yoast SEO free 18.2
After starting 2022 in a big way, with the launch of Yoast SEO for Shopify, a Wincher keyword tracking integration and Japanese language support, we’re settling down and bring you some helpful fixes and improvements. In Yoast SEO 18.2, we’ve improved handling images in the FAQ and How-to structured data blocks. Several image optimizations in the FAQ and HowTo blocks make them more responsive and load faster. As a reminder, check out the structured data content blocks for the WordPress block editor. They make it easy to add a FAQ and How-to content to your site — with proper structured data attached to it!
Yoast SEO Premium 18.1
As you might have noticed, the version numbers of Yoast SEO Free and Premium don’t correspond anymore. Previously, we had to update Premium simultaneously as Yoast SEO Free — even when it didn’t contain any fixes or features — to keep the version numbers aligned. We’ve now decoupled these to update Premium at a different pace from Free.
In Yoast SEO Premium 18.1, we’ve improved word form recognition for the Turkish language. In addition, we fixed an issue in the Social Previews where the wrong images would be shown.
Update now to Yoast SEO 18.2 and Premium 18.1
Another small round of updates for the free and Premium version of Yoast SEO. Update now to enjoy the latest and greatest of our SEO plugin.
